RECIPE: Pie Crust Cinnamon Bites

This is what we do in my family when we have leftover pie crust. Bake the pie crust in the oven, and then brush with melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Mom would roll them up and make pinwheels, but I just do strips and then break or cut them into pieces.
