Friday Nite at the Coffee Bar

Well, it was another Friday at the coffee bar. However this Friday, before hitting the coffee bar, my friend Pam and I ran out to Lehigh and visited with an old friend we hadn't seen in 25 years.
We sat over at Kyle's, with a fire burning in an outdoor fireplace, reminiscing about old times on the school bus in middle school while we jammed to Def Leppard and AC/DC. It was great to see him again!

After there, we headed on back into town for the coffee bar. We got there late tonight, but still caught a few good acts.

This kid really played a pretty good guitar. He played it to a backtrack.


Then this new guy played. He was really good and unusual. Tommy liked him so much that he got a demo CD from him.


Alan played as always, but tonight he had a woman with him, and she had a beautiful voice.


At the end of the evening, the remaining performers got up to do one final song together.


It was a nice evening! Even if Pam and I reeked of wood smoke all night from our earlier stop by Kyle's!
