I took a little time and money, and tried to give Eleanor a nicer home while she is still small and tiny. I got gravel, and built it up on one side for a sunbathing area when she is outside. I also added some live plants, although I don't know how they will last. She may eat them, dig them up, knock them over-- who knows. But for the moment it is a nice little setup, and she seems to like the new changes!
She's still a tiny little thing, only perhaps 1 1/2 inches.
She soon decided to check out her new "pond".
She seemed really fascinated with the new plants:
The little lily pad remains, as she needs some cover to feel secure.
I hope that she "digs" her new digs!
